Cecila Ravine Park, Victoria BC

  • Client: City of Victoria
  • Date Completed: 2002

Crosland Doak, while principal of Insite Landscape Architecture, undertook the phase-2 public consultation and design of this public park and waterway.  The steep ravine created by Cecelia Creek, had become overgrown with invasive species, was a challenging location for public safety and had been dominated by public utilities and infrastructure over the past 75years.  Crosland in collaboration CitySpaces Consulting lead a public consultation process and design that realized a safe attractive public park and a successful storm water management and riparian environment.
