Shawnigan Lake School, a 300 acre independent school, is one of North America’s premier private schools.  To manage existing facilities and future growth Crosland oversaw the master plan and individual site projects for the school from 2000 to 2004, as a principal of InSite Landscape Architecture (Victoria).
